Sometimes in life we feel can feel disappointed in ourselves. We can behave like someone we don’t want be.

I know this happens to me!

These reactions feel automatic and we can start to question who we are. It often happens when we’re under pressure and have too much going on.

At these times in life, in can be important to support ourselves with small steps that keep us in line with who we want to be in the future.

We can do this if we behave in ways which are in line with our values. Tuning into our values, can help us make small changes which can lead us to who we want to be.

So, what’s the most important value in your life?

Try thinking of someone you respect and admire.

This week, try exploring how you can add just a little more of that value into your day to day life both to yourself and others.

If it’s honesty, how could you be a little more honest today.

If it’s kindness, how could you be a little kinder today.
