Recommended Reading

These are books which I regularly recommend to clients for various reasons. In each book there are going to be things which you connect with and resonate with you and others that don't.

As an Integrative therapist, I recommend taking those bits which work for you and combining them with others that fit for you too. These books are not a substitute for therapy but by reading around the topics, can really help speed up and deepen the journey. They provide great resources for you to reflect more on in sessions and deepens the process.
