I know, I know, I'm late to the blog party ,but I hear that's when the best bits happen? Right?
If we haven’t met yet, I’m Paul and I’m a therapist and coach who’s passionate about all aspects of health and wellbeing.
This newsletter/blog is a place where I’ll be talking about my reflections on well-being and I plan to offer some help too. If anything I ever write particularly works for you or resonantes, let me know because I’d love to hear from you.
My own self-development journey started during my (hopefully!) quarter life crisis in my mid-twenties. It’s been a while since then and a lot of life has happened. I’ve picked up a bit of knowledge around maintaining health and well-being along the way. I’d love to share some of that with you and also some new stuff comes up too.
My aim is to help men (and women) talk more openly about their mental health and eventually help develop more spaces where people feel accepted as they truly are and feel safe to express themselves.
Away from my work as therapist, I love lots of things. Some of this may get weaved in to these posts at times. Some of my favorite things are dancing, surfing, cycling, travel, cinema, a good book and a cream tea. I really, really love a cream tea. Especially after a cold winter surf. For those of you that aren’t British, you really must try one. Simple but so, so good.
I’ll be aiming to mail out every week and I hope they’ll give you something to reflect on. Please add me to your contacts, to ensure you receive my emails. That way, you don’t have to follow me on social media if that’s not your thing (not mine either!) but if it is, you can do that too!
Great to have you on board!
Take care,
Paul
